A RESOLUTION: APPROVING A SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION IN THE
AMOUNT OF $9,189 TO THE FISCAL YEAR 2016 GENERAL FUND
POLICE DEPARTMENT BUDGET
WHEREAS, the Leesburg Police Department returned merchandise to EOTech, Inc.; and
WHEREAS, EOTech, Inc. has refunded the credit value for the returned merchandise in
the amount of$9,189 to the Town of Leesburg Police Department.
THEREFORE RESOLVED, by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as
follows:
SECTION 1. The Fiscal Year 2016 General Fund Budget is hereby amended and an
appropriation is made in the amount of$9,189 for the Fiscal Year2016 ( beginning July 1, 2015
and ending June 30, 2016.
SECTION II. The Police Department Patrol Operations Law Enforcement Supplies budget
account is amended in the amount of$9,189 for the purchase of Law Enforcement Supplies during
fiscal year 2016.
