APPROVING PAYMENT TO JOHN P. WANSKUS, P.E.
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution #95-299, John P. Wanskus, P.E. was
appointed Architect for the Library / Senior Citizen Center; and
WHEREAS, the total amount of renumeration for said project, pursuant to an
addendum to the contract was set at $260,000; and
WHEREAS, the Architect is requesting a partial payment as follows:
Architectural/Engineering Services $50,000.00
Engineer Services 34,364.00
PMK Testing 4,500.00
$88,864.00
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Borough of Carteret hereby
approves payment in the amount of $88,864.00 to be paid contingent on receipt of
certifications of payments to subcontractors and execution of appropriate voucher.

and certified as a true copy of the
