A RESOLUTION: AMENDING THE FISCAL YEAR 2016 GENERAL FUND BUDGET AND
MAKING A SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION IN THE AMOUNT OF
$9,158 FROM THEJVIRGINIA DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL
QUALITY, DIVISION OF LAND PROTECTION & REVITALIZATION
GRANT TO PURCHASE SUPPLIES FOR THE REFUSE AND
RECYCLING PROGRAM
WHEREAS, the Town's Department of Public Works & Capital Projects is responsible for
purchasing refuse and recycling supplies for Town residents; and
WHEREAS, the Town has received grant money through the County of Loudoun in the
amount of$9,158 from the Virginia Department of Environmental Quality, Quality. Division of
Land Protection & Revitalization Program.
THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia that the
Fiscal Year 2016 General Fund Operating Budget is hereby amended and a supplemental
appropriation is made in the amount of$9,158 to the Department of Public Works & Capital
Projects.
