The City of Moab will hold a Special Workshop Meeting on Tuesday, November 30, 2004 at 4:00
PM. The purpose of this meeting will be as follows:
NEW BUSINESS
1-1 Approval of Proposed Resolution #22-2004 – A Resolution Approving the Solid Waste
Collection Franchise Agreement
1-2 Approval of Proposed Resolution #24-2004 – A Resolution Establishing the Rates for
Solid Waste Collection
1-3 Approval of Proposed Ordinance #2004-06 – An Ordinance Amending Chapter 8.04 of
the Moab Municipal Code Regarding Solid Waste Collection
EXECUTIVE SESSION
1-4 Discussion Regarding the Lease, Purchase or Exchange of Real Property
The meeting will be held in the Moab City Council Chambers of Moab City Offices at 115 West 200
South, Moab, Utah.
