HomeMy Public PortalAboutResolutions-2013-131RESOLUTION NO. 2013-131 RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER #1 TO LL PELLING FOR $2,573.24 - WHEREAS: City Council awarded LL Pelling the contract for the 2013 CIP Paving Projects. WHEREAS: LL Pelling has now presented a change order #1 for removal and replacement of old hydrants in the amount of $2,573.24. THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, BY The City Council of Tiffin, Iowa to authorize the Mayor and the City Administrator/Clerk to approve change order #1 and sign appropriate forms. At a regular meeting of City Council on the 10th day of July 2013 Resolution 2013-131 RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER #1 TO LL PELLING FOR $2,573.24 was introduced by Councilperson Kahler and made a motion for approval. Motion seconded by Councilperson Bartels. Ayes: Phillips, Upton, Bartels, Ryan, Kahler Nays: None Absent: None WHEREUPON with five votes for approval, Mayor Berner now declares Resolution 2013-131 RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER #1 TO LL PELLING FOR $2,573.24 passed and confirms this action by affixing his signature.
