RESOLUTION TO GO INTO CLOSED SESSION
WItEREAS, Section 8 of tile Open Public Meetings Act, Chapter 231 P.L. 1975,
permits tile exclusion of the public fi'om a meeting in certain circumstances; and
WHEREAS, tiffs public body is of tile opiniou that such circumstances presently
exists;
NOW, TIIEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the
Borough of Carteret, County of Middlesex, State of New Jersey, as follows:
1. The public shal! be excluded fi'om attending, discussing or participating in the
hereinafter specified subject matters.
2. Tile general nature of the subject matter to be discussed is as follows:
P.B.A. Negotiations
3. It is anticipated at this time that the above stated subject matter will be made
public:
Upon conclusion of above matter.
4. This resolution shall take effect immediately.
