A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TEMPLE CITY LEVYING A SPECIAL
ASSESSMENT TAX WITHIN THE TEMPLE CITY
MUNICIPAL LIGHTING DISTRICT FOR THE
FISCAL YEAR 1973 -74
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES
RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
WHEREAS, Section 18165 of the Streets and Highways
Code of the State of California (Street Lighting Act of
1919) specifies that annually, at the time and in the manner
provided for making the general tax levy, the City Legis-
lative Body shall levy a special assessment tax, within the
district and with any zone therein.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE
CITY does hereby determine that a special assessment tax
upon all lands and all improvements, within the Temple City
Municipal Lighting District, and within the various zones
therein, be hereby levied for the fiscal year 1973 -74,
with the zones and in the amounts as follows:

PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED THIS 28th day of
August, 1973.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was duly
adopted by the City Council of the City of Temple City at a
regular meeting held on the 28th day of August, 1973, by the
following vote of the Council:
AYES: Councilmen- Dennis, Gilbertson, Merritt, Tyrell
NOES: Councilmen- None
ABSENT: Councilmen- Briggs
