A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE CITY ADMINISTRATOR/CLERK
TO HIRE A CONTRACT MANAGEMENT COMPANY FOR CITY HALL
Whereas, The City recognizes that a Contract Management Company is a good
investment for the City Hall project and;
Whereas the City Council of the City of Tiffin recognizes that Woodruff Construction
LLC offered to handle all of the process of construction management;
Now, therefore be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa to approve
hiring a Contract Management Company.for the City Hall project.
On the 24th day of July, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa,
Councilperson Kahler introduced Resolution No. 2013-136, A RESOLUTION
APPROVING THE CITY ADMINISTRATOR/CLERK TO HIRE A CONTRACT
MANAGEMENT COMPANY FOR CITY HALL and made a motion for approval. Motion
seconded by Councilperson Bartels.
Ayes: Kahler, Ryan, Bartels
Nays: Upton, Phillips
Absent: none.
Whereupon three Council members were present and voted approval and Mayor Berner
declared that the Resolution No. 2013-136, A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE CITY
ADMINISTRATOR/CLERK TO HIRE A CONTRACT MANAGEMENT COMPANY FOR
CITY HALL to be adopted and signified his approval of the same by affixing his
signature thereto.
Passed by the City Council on the 24th day of July, 2013.
