RESOLUTION NO. 2016-149 ADOPTED November 15, 2016
A RESOLUTION: FEE WAIVER REQUEST BY THE ARC OF LOUDOUN
WHEREAS, the Arc of Loudoun has received a Pathways to Justice Grant to
form a Disability Response Team; and
WHEREAS, the Arc of Loudoun plans to conduct an all-day training for the
Disability Response Team to be held in the spring of 2017 at the Ida Lee Park Recreation
Center; and
WHEREAS, the Town has established a rental fee of$860 for a full day rental of
the Ida Lee Park Recreation Center banquet hall by non-profit organizations; and
WHEREAS, the Arc of Loudoun has requested a waiver of the fees associated with
the rental of the Ida Lee Park Recreation Center banquet hall.
THEREFORE RESOLVED, by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia that the
$860 fee for the spring of 2017 rental of the banquet hall at the Ida Lee Park Recreation Center by
the Arc of Loudoun is waived.
PASSED this 15th day of November. 2016.
