RESOLUTION NO. 2016-R164 ADOPTED December 13, 2016
A RESOLUTION: RECOMMENDING REAPPOINTMENT OF BOARD OF ZONING
APPEALS APPOINTEE TO THE CIRCUIT COURT
WHEREAS, members of the Board of Zoning Appeals are appointed by the Chief Judge of
the Circuit Court: and
WHEREAS, Susan Moffett's appointment expires December 31, 2016; and
WHEREAS. Susan Moffett has requested reappointment.
THEREFORE RESOLVED, by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as
follows:
1. Council recommends that Susan Moffett be reappointed to the Board of Zoning
Appeals for the term to expire December 31, 2021.
2. The Town Attorney is directed to send Council's recommendation to the Chief Judge
of the Circuit Court.
