Re: Agreement Between the Village of Key Biscayne and Stepstone
Enterprises LLC for Recreational Management Services dated July 8,
2008 (the "Agreement") for the management of the Village's youth soccer
program
Dear Todd,
1 have received written notice that the Village has decided to exercise its first
option to extend the term of the Agreement for one (1) year, which first renewal term
commenced on July 9, 2009. 1 accept this renewal and agree that our respective
obligations under the Agreement shall continue for the 2009-2010 season under the same
terms and conditions set forth in the Agreement for the 2008-2009 season. The only
change from the 2008-2009 season is that the participants' registration fees will change
this season, the contractor will be permitted to manage a program for 3 and 4 years old
children, an effort will be made to provide an intramural program for children over the
age of 8 years old, and that the intramural program shall be managed as separate teams
that play against each on Saturdays and each team will have a different uniform.
