AUTHORIZING MAYOR TO EXECUTE CONTRACT FOR
RESURFACING OF BOROUGH HALL PARKING LOT
WHEREAS, the County of Middlesex has consented to repair the Parking Lot at
Borough Hall; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and the Borough Clerk
are hereby authorized to execute the contract with the County of Middlesex in the
amount of $7,512.00 for the paving and resurfacing of the Parking Lot at 61 Cooke
Avenue.
Adopted this 6th day of June, 1996
and certified as a true copy of the
original on June 7, 1996.
