RESOLUTION APPROVING PAY ESTIMATE TO
DAVE SCHMITT CONSTRUCTION FOR $285,876.57
WHEREAS: City Council awarded Dave Schmitt the contract for the Water Main
Improvements.
WHEREAS: Dave Schmitt has now presented a pay estimate for completion of said project.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, BY The City Council of Tiffin, Iowa to authorize the Mayor
and the City Administrator/Clerk to approve payment to Dave Schmitt Construction and sign
appropriate forms.
At a regular meeting of City Council on the 24th day of July 2013 Resolution 2013-145
RESOLUTION APPROVING PAY ESTIMATE TO DAVE SCHMITT CONSTRUCTION FOR
$285,876.57was introduced by Councilperson Ryan and made a motion for approval. Motion
seconded by Councilperson Bartels.
Ayes: Kahler, Ryan, Bartels, Upton, Phillips
Nays: None
Absent: None
WHEREUPON with five votes for approval, Mayor Berner now declares Resolution 2013-145
RESOLUTION APPROVING PAY ESTIMATE TO DAVE SCHMITT CONSTRUCTION FOR
$285,876.57 passed and confirms this action by affixing his signature.
