COUNCIL “PRE-MEETING” WORK SESSION, AUGUST 7, 2017
CALL TO ORDER
The City Council “Pre-Meeting” of August 7, 2017, was convened at 5:45 P.M. by Mayor
Carrie Tergin.
ATTENDANCE
The following Council Members were present when the meeting convened:
Present: Fitzwater, Graham, Henry, Hussey, Kemna, Mihalevich, Ward, and
Wiseman
Absent: Prather and Schreiber
A quorum was present.
DISCUSSION OF AGENDA ITEMS
Changing Date of August 21 Council meeting – Discussion was held regarding
whether to change the August 21 Regular meeting due to the Capital Ecli pse events
occurring on that day. At the conclusion of discussion, Council did not take any actions
to change the regularly scheduled meeting.
ADJOURNMENT
The meeting adjourned at 5:57 P.M.
