Board of Assessors Meeting
November 8, 2010
Members Present: Jim Jursak and Howard Hayes
Also attending was David Tately, Deputy Assessor
Mr. Hayes called the meeting to order at 6:12 p.m.
Old Business:
New Business:
The Board voted unanimously to deny the motor vehicle excise tax exemption for Enterprise
F M Trust because the RMV indicated the vehicle was still owned by them
Mr. Jursak moved to convene Executive Session to discuss and vote on FY 2011 Statutory
Exemption Applications, Personal Property Abatement applications and Real Estate
Abatement Applications. Mr. Hayes seconded. Roll call vote was taken to enter Executive
Session at 6:20. Jursak-yes, Hayes-yes.
The Board exited Executive Session at 7:33.
Mr. Hayes moved to adjourn the meeting at 7:35 p.m. Mr. Jursak seconded, and it passed 2-
0.
