Board of Assessors Meeting
November 23, 2010

Members Present: Jim Jursak, Diane Salomone and Howard Hayes
Also attending was David Tately, Deputy Assessor
Mr. Hayes called the meeting to order at 6:08 p.m.

BOARD OF ASSESSORS
The Board signed the Deferral and Recovery Agreement for the property at 236 Old Long
Pond Road.
The Board signed the Revised Assessment for the property at 0 Primrose Cartway, Map 47,
Parce198. The property did not receive a tax bill because the land use code was not changed
from 9360 when it came out of tax title.
Mr. Jursak moved to convene Executive Session to discuss and vote on Personal Property
Abatement applications and Real Estate Abatement Applications. Mr. Hayes seconded. Roll
call vote was taken to enter Executive Session at 6:35. Jursak-yes, Hayes-yes, Salomone-
yes.
The Board exited Executive Session at 7:50.
Mr. Hayes moved to adjourn the meeting at 7:50 p.m. Mr. Jursak seconded, and it passed 3-
0.
