Board of Assessors Meeting
December 1, 2010
Members Present: Jim Jursak, Diane Salomone and Howard Hayes
Also attending was David Tately, Deputy Assessor
Mr. Hayes called the meeting to order at 6:12 p.m.

New Business:
The Board voted unanimously to deny the Chapter 61 B Recreational Classification
application filed for the land occupied by the Cape Cod National Golf Course, located at 280
South Orleans Road, Map 53, Parcel 18-2, on the grounds that it does not meet the
requirements for public access or ownership required by the statute.
Mr. Jursak moved to convene Executive Session to discuss and vote on Real Estate
Abatement Applications. Mr. Hayes seconded. Roll call vote was taken to enter Executive
Session at 6:35. Jursak-yes, Hayes-yes, Salomone-yes.
The Board exited Executive Session at 7:45.
Mr. Hayes moved to adjourn the meeting at 7:50 p.m. Mr. Jursak seconded, and it passed 3-
0.
