Board of Assessors Meeting
December 9, 2010
Members Present: Jim Jursak and Howard Hayes
Also attending was David Tately, Deputy Assessor
Mr. Hayes called the meeting to order at 6:08 p.m.
Diane Salomone arrived at 6:20.
Old Business:
Mr. Jursak moved to approve the minutes of the November 8, 2010, November 23, 2010 and
December 1, 2010 meetings. Mr. Hayes seconded, and the motion passed 2-0.
New Business:
Mr. Jursak moved to convene Executive Session to discuss and vote on Real Estate
Abatement Applications. Mr. Hayes seconded. Roll call vote was taken to enter Executive
Session at 6:15. Jursak-yes, Hayes-yes.
The Board exited Executive Session at 7:15.
Ms. Salomone moved to adjourn the meeting at 7:15 p.m. Mr. Jursak seconded, and it passed
3-0.
