The work was performed on August 1, 2017 I further certify that this tax is a lien against the lot or piece of ground therein described, and bears interest at a rate of eight percent (8%) which shall begin accruing 30 days after the date of approval, and continue at said rate until paid. If not paid, this lien shall be turned over to the Cole County Tax Collector for inclusion in property taxes assessed to this property.
