A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE INSTALLATION OF TWO (2) STREET LIGHTS
BY ALLIANT ENERGY TO WOODFIELD RIDGE PART 3
Whereas,. Woodfield Ridge plats indicate the installation of two (2) streetlights, and;
Whereas the City Council of the City of Tiffin recognizes that it must notify Alliant to
perform the installation;
Now, therefore be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa to approve
the installation of two (2) street lights in Woodfield Ridge Part 3.
On the 14th day of August, 2013, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin,
Iowa, Councilperson Upton introduced Resolution No. 2013-146, A RESOLUTION
APPROVING THE INSTALLATION OF TWO (2) STREET LIGHTS BY. ALLIANT
ENERGY TO WOODFIELD RIDGE PART 3 and made a motion for approval. Motion
seconded by Councilperson Bartels.
Ayes: Phillips, Upton, Bartels, Kahler
Nays: none.
Absent: Ryan
Whereupon four Council members were present and voted approval and Mayor Berner
declared that the Resolution No. 2013-146, A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE
INSTALLATION OF TWO (2) STREET LIGHTS BY ALLIANT ENERGY TO
WOODFIELD RIDGE PART 3 to be adopted and signified his approval of the same by
affixing his signature thereto.
Passed by the City Council on the 14TH day of August, 2013.
