A RESOLUTION SETTING A PUBLIC HEARING TO AMEND THE ZONING
ORDINANCE FOR TIFFIN HEIGHTS
Whereas, The City recognizes that rezoning is necessary to satisfy the proposed
development for Tiffin Heights and;
Now, therefore be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa to approve
setting a public hearing date of 08/28/13.
On the 14th day of August, at a regular meeting of the' Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa,
Councilperson Bartels introduced Resolution No. 2013-149, A RESOLUTION
SETTING A PUBLIC HEARIG TO AMEND THE ZONING ORDINANCE FOR TIFFIN
HEIGHTS and made a motion for approval. Motion seconded by Councilperson Upton.
Ayes: Kahler, Ryan, Bartels, Upton, Phillips
Nays: none.,
Absent: none.
Whereupon five Council members were present and voted approval and Mayor Berner
declared that the Resolution No. 2013-149, A RESOLUTION SETTING A PUBLIC
HEARING TO AMEND THEZONING ORDINANCE FOR TIFFIN HEIGHTS to be
adopted and signified his approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto.
Passed by the City Council on the 14th day of August, 2013.
