A RESOLUTION APPROVING HIRING HART -FREDERICK TO CREATE THE
LEGAL DESCRIPTION FOR THE LCWF SWAP AREA AT CITY PARK
Whereas, The City recognizes that it needs to have a size of the specified LCWF Swap
area and;
Now, therefore be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa to approve
Hart -Frederick, the City Engineer, to create a legal description.
On the 28th day of August, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa,
Councilperson Kahler introduced Resolution No. 2013-150, A RESOLUTION
APPROVING HIRING HART -FREDERICK TO CREATE THE LEGAL DESCRIPTION`
FOR THE LCWF SWAP AREA AT CITY PARK and made a motion for approval.
Motion seconded by Councilperson Bartels.
Ayes: Kahler, Ryan, Bartels, Upton
Nays: Phillips
Absent: none.
Whereupon four Council members were present and voted approval and Mayor Berner
declared that the Resolution No. 2013-150, A RESOLUTION APPROVING HIRING
HART -FREDERICK TO CREATE THE LEGAL DESCRIPTION FOR THE LCWF
SWAP AREA AT CITY PARK to be adopted and signified his approval of the same by
affixing his signature thereto.
Passed by the City Council on the 28th day of August, 2013.
