2. There were no public comments.
MSD — Brian Hoelscher
NAACP City Branch — Adolphus Pruitt
NAACP County Branch — John Gaskin II
NSBE — Jan Walker
UAPO — Zaki Baruti
3. Meeting Minutes from February 1, 2017 were unanimously approved.
4. Committee requested an update of the Deer Creek project. Brian Hoelscher
provided information about Deer Creek that was previously shared with the
public.
5. Vote was put forth to move into Closed Session to Discuss Legal, Confidential or
Privileged Matters Under Section 610.021(1); motion was seconded and was
unanimously approved.
6. Vote was put forth to end Closed Session; motion was seconded and was
unanimously approved.
7 Meeting adjournment was approximately 4:10 p.m.
