AUTtiORIZING MAYOR TO EXECUTE APPLICATION FOR NJPDES
AND TWA PERMITS FOR AMOCO OIL
WltEREAS, Amoco Oil is required to obtain necessary consent from the Borough
of Carteret for a modified NJ-PDES Discharge to Surface Water Permit and a new
Treatment Works Approval (TWA) Permit; and
WltEREAS, Amoco Oil is applying for a modified permit and a new approval in
order to continue a remediation project at referenced site;
NOW, TItEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Governing Body of the
Borough of Carteret hereby authorizes the Mayor to execute Form WQ-003
Statement of Consent "A-1 Consent by Governing Body".

and certified as a true copy of the
original on June 7, 1996.
