1. Roll Call – In attendance were (Quorum): (Attendance sheet is attached)
CORE – Jesse Lofton MSD – Brian Hoelscher
CBTU – Lew Moye NAACP City Branch – Adolphus Pruitt
MCU – Susan Sneed NAACP County Branch – John Gaskin II
MOKAN – Yaphett El Amin NSBE – Jan Walker
UAPO – Zaki Baruti
2. There were no public comments.
3. Meeting Minutes from February 1, 2017 were unanimously approved.
4. Committee requested an update of the Deer Creek project. Brian Hoelscher
provided information about Deer Creek that was previously shared with the
public.
5. Vote was put forth to move into Closed Session to Discuss Legal, Confidential or
Privileged Matters Under Section 610.021(1); motion was seconded and was
unanimously approved.
6. Vote was put forth to end Closed Session; motion was seconded and was
unanimously approved.
7. Vote was put forth to end CBA meeting session; motion was seconded and was
unanimously approved.
8. Meeting adjournment was approximately 4:10 p.m.
