NSBE — Jan Walker

2. Zaki Baruti gave a brief statement regarding rejoining the group for discussions.
3. There were no public comments.
4. Meeting Minutes from October 26, 2016 were unanimously approved.
5. Vote was put forth to move into Closed Session to Discuss Legal, Confidential or
Privileged Matters Under Section 610.021(1); motion was seconded and was
unanimously approved.
6. Vote was put forth to end Closed Session; motion was seconded and was
unanimously approved.
7. Vote was put forth to end CBA meeting; motion was seconded and was
unanimously approved.
8. Meeting adjournment was approximately 4:15 p.m.
