Minutes
The meeting was called to order.
Present: Lisa Souve, Lisa Vitale, Jim Vachon, Don Poole and Charles Sumner.
Also attending were Recreation Director Wendy Allegrone and Committee

I Mr. Sumner then spoke for the Town Hall, Drummer Boy Park and the Council on
Aging.
} He started with the information that he will be meeting with the new Water
Department Superintendent, Paul Anderson, tomorrow at 11:30 a.m. We will be
setting up an appointment for Mr. Anderson to meet with the Capital Plan
Committee next week.
Number 5 on the Town schedule is exterior painting of trim which is set for FY
2013.
Item #7, the Waste Water Planning Professional Services received $100,000 last
fall and a water quality study has recently begun This study will help determine .--{Deleted:en ongoing

Item #9 is for a Telephone and Voice Mail System just for this building. The
money will be included within the Information,Technology budget. {Deleted:come from

I Item #11 is under the Recreation Department budget.
I Item #12 is Public Access Video Equipment. We have been investing in
upgrading and purchasing new equipment and are in good shape.
I Item #13, the GIS Aerial Mapping Services Update,is still moving forward,with {Deleted:ing
other departments also working on it. It is still set for 2011 at this point.
There may have to be some items that are pushed forward because of the lack
of revenue.
I At the Drummer Boy Park,,no. 3 Interior Repairs was moved forward from 2010 {Deleted:#
to 2012. The inside of the building does need repairs, and it was suggested that
the Regional Technical High School in Harwich nay be able to do some of the - - {Deleted:might

Mr. Poole made the motion to adjourn and Jim Vachon seconded. The meeting
