RESOLUTION NO. 2013-154
RESOLUTION SETTING THE DATE FOR THE PUBLIC HEARING AND LETTING
OF THE JASPER AVE WATERMAIN EXTENSION PROJECT IN AND FOR THE
CITY OF TIFFIN, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Tiffin, Iowa will set the date for the Public Hearing. and Letting
of the Jasper Avenue Watermain Extension Project in and for the City of Tiffin, Iowa.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TIFFIN, IOWA:
The date for the Public Hearing of the aforementioned project is set for October 9, 2013
at 6:30 P.M.
The date for the Letting of the aforementioned project is set for October 9, 2013 at 4:00
P.M. Sealed proposals for the construction of said improvements will be received by the City
Clerk at the City of Tiffin, 201 Main Street, Tiffin, Iowa 52340 until 4:00 P.M. on October 9,
2013.
