ORDER TO APPROVE THE BORROWING OF FUNDS TO PAY COSTS OF
VICTORY FIELD TURF REPLACEMENT
ORDERED: That the sum of $1,500,000 is appropriated to pay costs of replacing the
turf at Victory Field, including the payment of all costs incidental and related thereto;
and that to meet this appropriation, the Treasurer, with the approval of the City
Manager, is authorized to borrow said amount under and pursuant to M.G.L. c.44,
§7(1), or pursuant to any other enabling authority, and to issue bonds or notes of the
City therefor.
BE IT FURTHER ORDERED: That a copy of said Order be forwarded to the City
Auditor and City Treasurer/Co ctr.
