Vice President& ORDER TO APPROVE THE BORROWING OF FUNDS TO PAY COSTS OF
District C Councilor MOXLEY FIELD COURT RENOVATION

Councilor At Large ORDERED: That the sum of$1,380,000 is appropriated to pay costs of
Caroline Bays, demolishing and removing existing tennis courts and basketball courts,
Councilor At Large constructing a new tennis court, basketball court and pre-fabricated multi-purpose
rink system, and making other improvements to the courts and related facilities at
John G.Gannon, Moxley Field, including court surfacing, a new court lighting system, site
Councilor At Large improvements and all other costs incidental and related thereto; and that to meet
Anthony Palomba, this appropriation,the Treasurer, with the approval of the City Manager, is
Councilor At Large authorized to borrow said amount under and pursuant to M.G.L. c.44, §7(1), or
pursuant to any other enabling authority, and to issue bonds or notes of the City
Nicole Gardner, therefor.
