District C Councilor FILIPPELLO SPRAY PARK
John M.Airasian, ORDERED: Loan Order authorizing the sum of$700,000 is appropriated to pay
Councilor At Large costs of renovating the Filippello spray park, including the payment of all costs
Caroline Bays, incidental and related thereto; and that to meet this appropriation, the Treasurer, with
Councilor At Large the approval of the City Manager,is authorized to borrow said amount under and
pursuant to M.G.L. c.44, §7(1), or pursuant to any other enabling authority, and to
John G.Gannon, issue bonds or notes of the City therefor.
