A RESOLUTION SETTING A DATE FOR PUBLIC HEARING FOR
PLANNED AREA DEVELOPMNT ZONING IN THE VILLAGES — PHASE 2
Whereas, The City has received a request to rezone portions of the The Villages -Phase
2 from C-213 to PAD with underlying R-12 zoning, and;
Whereas the City Council of the City of Tiffin recognizes that the rezoning is necessary
to build the desired development posed by High Development;
Now, therefore be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa to set the
public hearing date for September 11, 2013 for the rezoning of The Villages -Phase 2
property.
On the 28th day of August, 2012, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa,
Councilperson Ryan introduced Resolution No. 2013-156, A RESOLUTION SETTING A DATE.
FOR PUBLIC HEARING FOR PLANNED AREA DEVELOPMENT ZONING IN THE
VILLAGES -PHASE 2 and made a motion for approval. Motion seconded by Councilperson
Bartels.
Ayes: Phillips, Upton, Bartels, Ryan, Kahler
Nays: None.
Absent: None
Whereupon five Council members were present and voted approval and Mayor Berner declared
that the Resolution No. 2013-156, A RESOLUTION SETTING A DATE FOR PUBLIC
HEARING FOR PLANNED AREA DEVELOPMENT ZONING IN THE VILLAGES -PHASE 2 to
be adopted and signified his approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto.
Passed by the City Council on the 28TH day of August, 2013.
