AUTHORIZING PURCHASING AGENT TO ADVERTISE
FOR BIDS FOR STEPS AT BOROUGH HALL
WHEREAS, the front steps of the Borough Hall are in need of repair; and
WItEREAS, the Borough Engineer has determined that it is in the best interest of
the Borough to authorize bids for said repairs;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and Council of the
Borough of Carteret do hereby authorize the Purchasing Agent to advertise'for bids
for repairs to the front steps at Borough Hall.
Adopted this 20th day of June, 1996
and certified as a true copy of the
original on June 21, 1996.
