He was a technology sector analyst. Bruno Paulson who has been co-covering the sector will assume full sector responsibility.•Two new analysts have been hired, Yiwen Li and Alex Gabriele, who will support the portfolio managers as generalists.Manager UpdatesThe Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District Employees’ Pension PlanJune 30, 201255 TimesSquare•Changes in the Russell 2000 Growth benchmark have caused TimesSquare to modify their purchase criteria with respect to market capitalization for the Small Cap Growth Fund.•Each year, Russell reconstitutes its U.S. indexes. For the Russell 2000 Growth Index, over time a growing portion has been represented by securities with market capitalizations greater than $1.5 billion. For example, at present approximately 48% of the index weight are securities above that level (and after the reconstitution in June, it is estimated that 44% of the index will remain above that level).•TimesSquare believes that given the changes in the market capitalizations within the index, a change in the target capitalization range for the purchase of securities was warranted. Currently, the purchase capitalization range is $50 million–$1.5 billion. Beginning July 2012, the capitalization range at time of purchase will be $50 million–$2 billion.Manager UpdatesThe Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District Employees’ Pension PlanJune 30, 201256 June 30, 2012 The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District Employees' Pension Plan Vanguard Windsor II 57 June 30, 2012 The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District Employees' Pension Plan Vanguard Windsor II *The 3 Year Style Map is a returns-based graph 58 June 30, 2012 The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District Employees' Pension Plan Vanguard Windsor II Sector Allocation as of 06/30/2012 BASIC MATERIALS 1.4% COMMUNICATION SERVICES 4.5% CONSUMER CYCLICAL 5.3% CONSUMER DEFENSIVE 13.1% ENERGY 12.0% FINANCIAL SERVICES 18.5% HEALTHCARE 14.3% INDUSTRIALS 10.5% REAL ESTATE 0.1% TECHNOLOGY 12.0% Portfolio Fund Information as of 06/30/2012 Ticker VWNAX Morningstar Category Large Value Average Market Cap ($mm)48,039.6 Net Assets ($mm)17,633.7 % Assets in Top 10 Holdings 25.5 Total Number of Holdings 279 Manager Name James P.
