A RESOLUTION SETTING A DATE FOR PUBLIC HEARING FOR HEARING AND
LETTING FOR CITY HALL
Whereas, The City will need to hold a public hearing for a new City Hall, and;
Now, therefore be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa to have a
public hearing and letting on September 25, 2013 at 6:30 p.m. at the Springmier Library
in the CCA Middle School for the above noted fees.
On the 28th day of August, 2013, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin,
Iowa, Councilperson Upton introduced Resolution 2013-159, A RESOLUTION
SETTING A DATE FOR PUBLIC HEARING FOR HEARING AND LETTING FOR CITY
HALL and made a motion for approval. Motion seconded by Councilperson Ryan.
Ayes: Kahler, Ryan, Bartels
Nays: Phillips, Upton
Absent: none
Whereupon three Council members were present and voted approval and Mayor Berner
declared that the Resolution 2013-159, A RESOLUTION SETTING A DATE FOR
PUBLIC HEARING FOR HEARING AND LETTING FOR CITY HALL to be adopted
and signified his approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto.
Passed by the City Council on the 28th day of August, 2012.
