Meeting Minutes
April 28, 2010
Present: Paul Hush, Elliot Carr, Roland Bassett fir., 7eanne Boehm, Elizabeth Taylor, Roy
Robinson, Terry Ryder, and Paul Ruchinskas
1. Review Minutes of April 14, 2010:
MOTION: by Roland Bassett Jr. to approve minutes as corrected.
Second by Roy Robinson
VOTE: 8-0-0
2. Any new applications?
• NONE at this time
• FIRST PARISH/Brewster Meeting House may come in soon
3. Review CPC articles on town meeting warrant
• 3 Articles; STM: $10,000 Misc. fees (Charles Sumner presents), ATM $559,000 (Paul
Hush presenting) , and ATM #22 Matthews Property (Elizabeth Taylor presents) there
may be questions regarding Orleans portion. Clear about purchase without state grant.
• Further discussion regarding other Articles to be presented at ATM
4. Continue discussion of Buy Down program
• No discussion with Housing Committee at this point
• Application of Ms. Johnson still at Town Counsel (likely to get this)
• Further discussion regarding "affordable housing", income limits etc.
• Affordable Housing Plan-discussion regarding "housing coordinator" and who and when
they report to, keep pushing for this.
• NO FURTHER DEVELOPMENTS
