RESOLUTION TO APPROVE THE PERMANENT WATERMAIN EASEMENT
AGREEMENTS FOR THE 2013 DEERVIEW WATERMAIN LOOPING PROJECT IN
AND FOR THE CITY OF TIFFIN, IOWA.
WHEREAS, the City Council has directed the 'City Engineer to prepare
Watermain Easements for the 2013 DEERVIEW WATERMAIN LOOPING
PROJECT;
AND WHEREAS, the City Engineer has prepared three (3) Permanent
Watermain Easements, and the City Engineer has spoken to the three (3) property owners
affected by the 2013 DEERVIEW WATERMAIN LOOPING PROJECT and each
property owner has agreed to receive a onetime payment of $ 1500 for their easement.

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF RIVERSIDE, IOWA:
That the City Council hereby approves the three (3) Deerview Watermain
Easement agreements and directs the City Administrator/Clerk to make a onetime
payment of $ 1500 to each property owner.
