1) Minutes of August 25, 2010
MOTION: by Paul Ruchinskas to approve the minutes as presented

2) New Applications
None new applications
3) Update on Housing Buydown forum
Forum is still in the planning stages
No date has been set but we will be informed and an agenda provided

4) Update regarding November TM Warrant article
One Article with combined expenditures; Cemetery and State Allocation
Draft to be written soon
5) Review and Discuss:
Paul Ruchinskas Latham Centers- about $15,000 left in the original allocation. Funding sources
have changed thus they are not progressing as previously planned. Applied for
foundation funding to start 40 B process.
Brewster Woods- still planning to move forward, RFP going out soon. They will
come back for CPC funding request, although likely not in time for Spring,
2011 TM.
