meeting. In addition, if anyone else intends to either video or audio tape this meeting they are required
to inform the chair."
1. Minutes of October 13, 2010
2) Continue discussion of supplemental expenses for Matthews purchase (Elizabeth Taylor)
3) Review new application for funding from Brewster Meeting House.
(Members of the Meeting House Board will be at our meeting at 5PM to talk about the proposal and
answer questions.)
Note:
I am also asking members of the Brewster Historic Committee to attend if they can.
We will not take a vote on the application at this meeting but will turn it over to the Historic
Committee for their review and recommendations.
After receiving that we will schedule afollow-up meeting for any additional questions and a vote.
4) Review updated report from Lisa of available funds for future applications
5) Continue discussion of signs for CPC projects-Peter Johnson
