AUTHORIZING MAYOR TO EXECUTE INTERLOCAL
SERVICES AGREEMENT FOR DOG WARDEN SERVICES
WHEREAS, the Board of Health of the Borough of Carteret has determined the
need for Dog Warden Services within the Borough limits; and
WHEREAS, the city of Linden has offered said services to the Borough of Carteret
at a cost of $22,113.00 per year, which will include the picking up of dead animals
in the Borough of Cartemt;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the Borough of
Cartemt hereby authorizes the Mayor to execute an Interlocal Services Agreement
with the City of Linden to provide Dog Warden Services to the Borough of Carteret
at a cost of $22,113.00 for the year 2000.
Adopted this 3rd day of February, 2000
and certified as a true copy of the original
on February 4, 2000.
