A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY ADMINISTRATOR/CLERK TO
SIGN A FENCE AGREEMENT FOR 218 CHERRY LANE
Whereas, The City recognizes that a resident has asked the city to sign a fence
agreement for the property at 218 Cherry Lane to go to their property line and;
Now, therefore be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa to approve
the City Administrator/Clerk to sign the fence agreement so the resident can file the
paperwork with Johnson County.
On the 30th day of August, at a special meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa,
Councilperson Upton introduced Resolution No. 2013-162, A RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING THE CITY ADMINISTRATOR/CLERK TO SIGN A FENCE
AGREEMENT FOR 218 CHERRY LANE and made a motion for approval. Motion
seconded by Councilperson Kahler.
Ayes: Upton, Bartels, Kahler
Nays: none.
Absent: Ryan, Phillips
Whereupon three Council members were present and voted approval and Mayor Berner
declared that the Resolution No. 2013-162, A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE,
CITY ADMINISTRATOR/CLERK TO SIGN A FENCE AGREEMENT FOR 218
CHERRY LANE to be adopted and signified his approval of the same by affixing his
signature thereto.
Passed by the City Council on the 30TH day of August, 2013.
