Council President LIMITS FOR REVOLVING FUNDS
Vincent l.Piccirilli,Jr., WHEREAS: revolving funds are established pursuant to the provisions of G.L. c.44,

District C Councilor §53E '/2 for the purpose of managing fees and revenues received by the Town for specific
programs,allowing such fees and revenues to be expended for those programs without the

WHEREAS: traditionally, City revolving funds have been subject to annual

John G.Gannon, WHEREAS:the Municipal Modernization Act,Chapter 218 of the Acts of 2016,includes
Councilor At Large revisions to the provisions of G.L. c.44, §53E %z, requiring that revolving funds be

Nicole Gardner, WHERAEAS:the Honorable City Council previously adopted Ordinance 2017-47 which

Emily Izzo, that the following fiscal year spending limits for such revolving funds are hereby
