Subject: Request for any outstanding responsive records waiting to be picked up or examined and any
outstanding payments due
Dear Custodian of Records,
As you are aware, I have made numerous requests of your agency for public records over the past few years. Please accept
my thanks for any records you have produced in response to my requests. Be assured that I have wanted every record I
ever requested of your agency and I appreciate every record I have ever obtained or examined. I have already put many of
these responsive records to good use and expect to find a use for all the others I have received or expect to receive.
I note that you have produced many responsive records without any request for remuneration from me. I appreciate that. I
also note that you have sometimes advised me that if I wished to obtain or examine certain records I would first need to
pay a deposit to cover the expense you expected to incur in order to produce the record. In these instances, many times, I
have decided that the estimated deposit money was more precious to me than obtaining that particular record and I
therefore chose not to act on your estimate of the cost of production. In other instances, upon your notice, I have traveled
to Town Hall to examine records or pick up records that have been prepared for me.
To the point, I believe that I have obtained or examined all records so far produced for me. However, recently Mr. Robert
Sweetapple tells me that many records I have asked you to produced have, according to him, been produced by you but
never picked up by me or agents working on my behalf. I hope this is not true. I remember asking you in the past by email
and in person whether any records existed which I had not yet picked up or examined. I wish to ask you again, just in case
the assertion made by Mr. Sweetapple is true. Please let me know and I will immediately make arrangements to pick up
any records that you may have waiting for me and pay any money that I may have authorized you to spend in this regard. I
apologize to you if I may have inadvertently failed to obtain or examine any records you prepared for me. I truly hope that
is not the case.
Again, please tell me if you have produced any records responsive to any of my requests that you have previously notified
me were available for pick up or examination but which I may have inadvertently not yet picked up or examined. Also,
could you tell me if I owe you any money for record production that I previously authorized, but which I may have
inadvertently not yet paid?
I am writing you in regard to record requests made by me alone and no one else. Only requests made from the following

Subject: Public Record Request -past due record
To: bthrasher(a gulf- stream.org.didthevreadit.com
Dear Custodian of Records,
I am writing you to follow up on my earlier public record requests to you for any public records that the Town
claimed had been previously produced for me and that I have yet to pay for or pick up.
I have attached to this email, these earlier requests titled Second Request for any outstanding records.udf.
You assigned Log Number PRR 15 -1831 to my requests and published it and your response on the Town's web
site at httT): / /www2. gulf - stream. org/ WebLink8 /0 /doc /44223/Pagel.aspx.
I have attached to this email, this Town publication titled PRR 15- 1831.ndf and PRR 15 -1831 - Laserfiche
WebLink.ndf
You then sent me an email, forwarded herein, on April 2, 2015, claiming "The Town of Gulf Stream is not
required to give out information from these records nor give information about these records. "
You also stated that "these records have been administratively closed. Ifyou would like to find the status of
these and any other public records request" I should "go to www.eulf- stream.org click on "I want to... ", click
on "Find a Town record ", click on "Public Records Requests ", click on whichever year you desire, then click
on "Public Records Number Log ""
Then, despite not providing the specific records which are responsive to my request but instead instructing me
to search through over eighteen hundred records to find the records that the Town claims exist, you state
"Please also note that pursuant to the public records laws, the duty of the Town of Gulf Stream is to provide
access to or copies ofpublic records at a reasonable time in reasonable conditions."
I do not consider your instructions to me that I should search through over eighteen hundred records to find the
few I seek to be providing access to public records "at a reasonable time in reasonable conditions. "
However, I searched all eighteen hundred plus records on the Town's web site and I have found the entries I
think may be the records I seek. I have attached to this email the results of my search titled GS PRR LOG- Past
Due Claims.ndf.
My search efforts have located ninety -four records that are documented in the above referenced attachment.
These records are all labeled as having payment amounts "Due. " I found no other requests made by me that
were so labeled.
I respectfully ask you to confirm that these records are the public records the Town claims I have yet to pay for
or pick up.
If they are not the records the Town claims I have yet to pay for or pick up, then I hereby again request you
produce for my examination ANY PUBLIC RECORDS THAT THE TOWN CLAIMS HAVE BEEN
PRODUCED FOR ME THAT I HAVE YET TO PAY FOR OR PICK UP.
I make this request under the terms and conditions attached to this email and titled Public Record Request
Terms and Conditions.docx.
I will be grateful for your timely response.
Sincerely,
Chris O'Hare
