Re: Special Meeting
The City of Moab will hold a Special Meeting on Thursday, November 3, 2005 at 3:00 PM. The
purpose of this meeting will be as follows:
NEW BUSINESS
1-1 Approval of the Swanny City Park Bathrooms Contract
1-2 Request for Waiver of Building Permit Fee for Swanny City Park Bathrooms
1-3 Approval of Proposed Resolution #25-2005 - A Resolution Adopting an Interlocal
Agreement as to Forming a Cooperative Drug Enforcement Task Force, by and between
Moab City, Utah, and Grand County, Utah
1-4 Request for an Extension of a Moved -on Structure Permit by Joplin Rutherford, d.b.a.
Wicked Brew to Conduct a Drive Through Espresso Business Located at 132 North Main
Street
The meeting will be held in the Moab City Council Chambers of Moab City Offices at 217 East
Center Street, Moab, Utah.
