A RESOLUTION SETTING A DATE FOR PUBLIC HEARING
ON PRAIRIE TRAIL WEST REZONING
Whereas, The City recognizes that this development has updated the plat to show a
squaring off of lot 5 and lot 6 to accommodate a better design and that specific area
only needs to be rezoned and;
Now, therefore be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa to approve
setting a public hearing date for 09/25/13.
On the 11 th day of September, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin,
Iowa, Councilperson Ryan introduced Resolution No. 2013-166, A RESOLUTION
SETTING A DATE FOR PUBLIC HEARING ON PRAIRIE TRAIL WEST REZONING
and made a motion for approval. Motion seconded by Councilperson Upton.
Ayes: Kahler, Ryan, Bartels, Upton, Phillips
Nays: none.
Absent: none.
Whereupon five Council members were present and voted approval and Mayor Berner
declared that the Resolution No. 2013-166, A RESOLUTION SETTING A DATE FOR
PUBLIC HEARING ON PRAIRIE TRAIL WEST REZONING to be adopted and signified
his approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto.
Passed by the City Council on the 11th day of September. 2013.
