AUTHORIZING PURCHASING AGENT TO ADVERTISE FOR
BIDS FOR DIESEL
WI:IEREAS, the current contract for supplying the Borough with diesel will expire;
and
WglEREAS, it has been determined that it is in the best interest of the Borough of
Carteret to bid for diesel;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the Mayor
and Council of the Borough of Carteret that the Purchasing Agent of the Borough is
hereby authorized and directed to advertise for sealed bids for diesel.
Adopted this 20th day of June, 1996
and certified as a true copy of the
original on June 21, 1996.
