A RESOLUTION SETTING A DATE FOR PUBLIC HEARING
ON WILLOW RIDGE P.A.D.
Whereas, The City recognizes that a public hearing on a PAD must be held and;
Now, therefore be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa to approve
setting the date of 09/25/13 for the public hearing.
On the 11 th day of September, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin,
Iowa, Councilperson Upton introduced Resolution No. 2013-168, A RESOLUTION
SETTING A DATE FOR PUBLIC HEARING ON WILLOW RIDGE P.A.D. and made a
motion for approval. Motion seconded by Councilperson Kahler.
Ayes: Kahler, Ryan, Bartels, Upton, Phillips
Nays: none.
Absent: none.
Whereupon five Council members were present and voted approval and Mayor Berner
declared that the Resolution No. 2013-168, A RESOLUTION SETTING A DATE FOR
PUBLIC HEARING ON WILLOW RIDGE P.A.D. to be adopted'and signified his
approval of the same by,affixing his signature thereto.
Passed by the City Council on the 11th day of September, 2013.
