AUTHORIZING PURCHASING AGENT TO ADVERTISE FOR
BIDS FOR FUEL OIL
WltEREAS, the current contract for supplying the Borough with fuel oil will expire;
and
WHEREAS, it has been determined that it is in the best interest of the Borough of
Carteret to bid for fuel oil;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the Mayor
and Council of the Borough of Carteret that the Purchasing Agent of the Borough is
hereby authorized and directed to advertise for sealed bids for fuel oil.
Adopted this 20th day of June, 1996
and certified as a tree copy of the
original on June 21, 1996.
