AN ORDER APPROVING THE NAMING OF A PRIVATE WAY AS TECHNOLOGY WAY
WHEREAS, the properties within the 66 Galen Development in the City shall be located
upon a private way to be developed within that development; and
WHEREAS, the owner of the 66 Galen Development wishes to have that private way
named in a manner recognized by the City; and
WHEREAS, the owner has requested that the private way be named "Technology Way",
as shown on the plan attached to this Order; and
WHEREAS, the naming of private ways is subject to approval of the City Council pursuant
to the provisions of G.L. c. 85, § 3A.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDERED: That the private ways located within the 66 Galen
Development be recognized and approved as the private way named Technology Way as
shown on the plan attached hereto;
AND BE IT FURTHER ORDERED: That the addresses of properties located upon said
private way shall be established accordingly.
