Dugan requests determinations as to whether the area and/or activities within 100 feet of inland wetlands -trimming by a private contractor of vegetation below electric/telephone wires and removing trees and vegetation below said wires ata width of ten (10) feet -are subject to the MA Wetlands Protection Act and/or Brewster Wetlands Protection By-law - on 140 Swamp Road, Assessors' Map 18, Parcel 22-3.
