Brewster Town Offices, 2198 Main Street, Brewster, MA, for the Following: Public Hearings Under MA General Law 131, §40, Wetlands Protection Act Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection (M.G.L.C.131. §40) And Code of the Town of Brewster Chapter 172, Brewster Wetlands Protection By-law The following applicants request Determinations of Conservation Commission jurisdiction Geraldine P. Dugan requests determinations as to whether the area and/or activities within 100 feet of inland wetlands -trimming by a private contractor of vegetation below electric/telephone wires and removing trees and vegetation below said wires ata width of ten (10) feet -are subject to the MA Wetlands Protection Act and/or Brewster Wetlands Protection By-law - on 140 Swamp Road, Assessors' Map 18, Parcel 22-3. Highland Homeowners' Association requests determinations as to whether the work -removing twenty-four (24) locust trees; some within 50 feet of an inland bank/bordering Vegetated Wetland to Seymour Pond and replacement with six trees and two shrubs - are subject to the MA Wetlands Protection Act and/or Brewster Wetlands Protection By-law - on Highland Homeowners' Association common area, Beachwood Drive Assessors' Map 40, Parcel NA. The following applicants filed Notices of Intent: (Continued Hearing) Richard and Margaret Wood propose to demolish existing structures and construct a new dwelling and terrace within 100 feet of coastal resource areas, and construct a deck and landscape within 50 feet of coastal resource areas, on 112 Governor Prence Road, Assessors' Map 4, Parcel 3. (Continued Hearing from September 15, 2009) Robert B. and Carol Ann Marash propose to construct seasonal stairs in a resource area, an elevated wooden/aluminum stairway and a kayak rack within 50 feet, and a 21' x 14' deck with stairs on an existing dwelling within 100 feet of a bordering vegetated wetland, on 83 Sheep Pond Circle, Assessors' Map 41, Parcel 85. Terry Eldredge, Trustee, Cedar Ridge Realty Trust, proposes to vista prune and remove invasive plants, replacing removed trees, etc., with native species on and within 100 feet of a Coastal Bank and Land Subject to Coastal Storm Flowage - on Lot 10, 0 Route 6A, Main Street, Assessors' Map 20, Parcel 10. Cobbs Pond Condominium Association proposes to amend Order of Conditions SE 9-1466 to include removal of invasive species within 50 feet of inland resource areas - on Wauquanesit Drive, Assessors' Map 17, Parcel 1. Cobbs Pond Condominium Association proposes to amend Order of Conditions SE 9-1467 to include removal of invasive species within 50 feet of coastal resource areas - on Wauquanesit Drive, Assessors' Map 17, Parcel 1.
